At Vozol Dubai, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality vape products, including IQOS, TEREA, JUUL, and Vozol devices. Our return and refund policy is based on UAE regulations and industry standards for vape and tobacco-related products.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, sealed packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened vape devices, e-liquids, pods, and cartridges.
  • Disposable vapes and consumables (e.g., TEREA sticks, HEETS, JUUL pods).
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Any product not in its original condition or missing parts not due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will return the item to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as processing times vary.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.
  4. If you have completed all the steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [your email address].

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving the item and provide proof of the defect/damage (e.g., photos or videos). Send your item to: [physical address].

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser.
